Online Motorhome Sales will advertise your coach on our website free of charge until it sells. Once your coach is listed in our inventory “For Sale”, we will professionally market your coach through our website to clients, other brokers and dealers. We will also distribute information about our listings to prospects at RV Shows and RV Rallies. Any contacts made through Online Motorhome Sales, which result in the sale of your coach constitutes a “Brokerage Fee” of 2 percent of the final sales price. The Brokerage Fee is due within 10 days after the closing of your coach to its new owner. Online Motorhome Sales will help facilitate the sale of your coach not only in advertising but will guide the buyer in the areas of finance, insurance, warranties and delivery.
