OUTSIDE:
Be sure to wash the coach first. Take off or cover all license
plats and signage. Take photos of all sides of the coach
with sliderooms extended. Take photos of awnings or other
outside features. Show utility bays, engine compartment,
generator or other storage areas. Make sure these are clean
as possible.
INSIDE:
Be sure the inside is clean, take up area rugs and uncover
all furniture, take everything off countertops, Close all
blinds and turn on all light, TV’s and try to show
how livable the coach is. Photo the Entrance steps, Drivers
area, Living area, Dining area, Kitchen, Any special appliances,
Bathroom sink, Shower, Private water closet, Bedroom, Make
up the bed, close closet doors, Show TV, Radio, etc. If
you have a floor plan of the coach please scan it and send
it with the photos.
